General Guidelines for KLiC Course Learners opting for Placement Assistance Facility

1. Counseling:
  1. At the time of counseling for KLiC Courses, please take the complete information about Learning and Placement Assistance Facility
  2. Kindly take clear idea about all the rules and regulations of Placement Assistance facility
  3. For Placement Assistance, we are trying to provide the placement opportunities to interested KLiC Learners. We are not giving any 100% placement guarantee to the Learners, but we are surely giving 100% placement assistance with at least 3 Interview chances.
  4. Opting for Placement Assistance facility is optional for a Learner
2. Admission:
  1. ALC need to confirm the KLiC admission to the respective mode as per KLiC Learners choice.
  2. Fee Structure:
    No. of Hours Learning Only (LO) Mode Fee (Rs.)
    (LO) Mode is available all over India
    Learning + Placement Assistance facility Fee (Rs.)
    Placement Assistance facility is available only in Maharashtra State
    KLiC Courses of 120 Hours 5000/- 5000 + 500 = 5500/-
    KLiC Courses of 60 Hours 2500/-
    KLiC Diploma of 360 Hours 15000/- 15000 + 500 = 15500/-
3. Academics:
  1. Learner will start learning through ERA (@ALC / Online).
4. Information regarding Placement Assistance Facility:
  1. We will provide separate eLearning course through Mobile App to the KLiC learners who will select the Placement Assistance facility.
  2. This special eLearning course will be made available to Learners through their Smartphone.
  3. Following points will be covered through special eLearning course:
    1. Communication Skills
    2. Soft Skills
    3. Workplace Readiness Skills
    4. Interview Readiness
5. Placement Assistance for Learners:

Following Instructions are applicable to learners who have enrolled for Placement Assistance:

  1. We have appointed ‘Placement Facilitation Officers’ at each district location. These ‘Placement Facilitation Officers’ will identify the local job vacancies / opportunities.
  2. Job vacancies information will be provided to learners through their ALCs.
  3. ALCs can also identify the local job vacancies at their end.
  4. Interested learners will appear for Interview.
  5. ‘Placement Facilitation Officers’ in coordination with ALCs will execute the complete placement process.
  6. Learners will get the placement opportunities at local level with the help of ‘Placement Facilitation Officers’ and their ALC.
  7. We are going to provide ‘KLiC Placement Portal’ where ALC need to provide some additional information about Learners which may required by the local Employer.
  8. If Learner gets selected in any of the local company, then s/he will get ‘Offer Letter’ and ALC will upload the same from ‘KLiC Placement Portal’.
  9. Entire placement activities will be tracked using ‘KLiC Placement Portal’.
  10. For Learners, we are trying to provide placement opportunities to interested Learners. We are not giving any 100% placement guarantee to the Learners but we are surely giving 100% placement assistance with at least 3 Interview chances.
6. Refund (Rs. 500/-) related guidelines (for Learners choosing Placement Assistance Facility):
  1. We are not giving 100% placement commitment but we are surely giving 100% placement assistance with at least 3 Interview chances.
  2. MKCL will refund Rs. 500/- to those Learners who will not get any interview chance within 1 year from the date of admission subject to fulfillment of requisite conditions.
  3. If we have given 3 Interview chances still Learner is not selected by any of the companies, then we will not refund any amount (i.e. Rs. 500/- to Learner choosing Placement Assistance Facility).
  4. If we have given 3 Interview chances but Learner does not appear in any interview process, then we will not refund any amount (i.e. Rs. 500/- to Learner choosing Placement Assistance Facility).
  5. If Learner gets selected but has not joined the concerned company, then we will not refund any amount (i.e. Rs. 500/- to Learner choosing Placement Assistance Facility).
  6. If Learner joins the company and discontinues (at his/her end) after some time due to any reason, then we will not refund any amount (i.e. Rs. 500/- to Learner choosing Placement Assistance Facility).
  7. If Learner joins the company and the company discontinues the Learner due to any reason, then in such cases also we will not refund any amount (i.e. Rs. 500/- to Learner choosing Placement Assistance Facility).
  8. Once the Learner has selected Placement Assistance Facility (at the time of admission) then it will not be canceled in any condition. Also, we will not refund any amount (i.e. Rs. 500/- to Learner choosing Placement Assistance Facility).
  9. If Learner has selected Placement Assistance Facility and then afterward decides that s/he is not willing to join any company, then in such cases, Placement Assistance fees will not be refunded (i.e. Rs. 500/- to Learner choosing Placement Assistance Facility).
  10. If any Learner will not complete the Learning within the stipulated schedule as communicated by MKCL from time to time, then we will not refund any amount (i.e. Rs. 500/- to Learner choosing Placement Assistance Facility).
  11. If any Learner will not be able to successfully complete and passed the course within the stipulated schedule as communicated by MKCL from time to time, then we will not refund any amount (i.e. Rs. 500/- to Learner choosing Placement Assistance Facility).
  12. If we have given multiple interview chances but still Learner does not appear for the same (within a specific time), then we will not refund any amount (i.e. Rs. 500/- to Learner choosing Placement Assistance Facility).
  13. Learners need to select any local company which is identified by Placement Facilitation Officer or ALC. The learner cannot demand any specific job role / specific location / specific company / specific salary / or any other such conditions.
  14. For individual KLiC Courses or KLiC Diploma, Learner will get a maximum of 3 interview chances.
  15. In the case of KLiC Diploma, we will give interview chances based on any of the 3 KLiC Courses as per the availability of the vacancies and Industry Partners in that local area.
  16. We will try to provide Interview chances to particular Learners within his/her district (as per ALCs SOLAR address).
  17. For Learners selecting Placement Assistance Facility, we will not charge any additional/separate amount (other than the course fees as mentioned for Placement Assistance Facility) once the Learner gets selected/joins the particular company.
  18. In case of a refund,
    1. We will refund a maximum of Rs. 500/- per Learner.
    2. Refund is applicable only in case if the student has chosen Placement Assistance Facility.
    3. ALC will hand over Rs. 500/- to the Learner.

*MKCL reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the KLiC Placement Process (at any given time) without any prior notice and MKCL shall not be liable to anyone for any such modification/s.
